By making a purchase from the “SALE” section at RealTrafficSigns.com you are confirming that you have read and understand our Returns Policy.
As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in stock” may in fact be out of stock. In this event we make every effort to contact you by email the first business day.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to RealTrafficSigns.com. Include your name and contact information, order number, order date, and reason for cancellation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not entered into production or has not yet been shipped. Please note that if the item has entered production or has been shipped, the order CANNOT be canceled. In this case you can request to return the item by following the guidelines stated in the Returns Policy.
Shipping Policy
RealTrafficSigns.com will ship your order by the most reliable and economical method. You must provide current and accurate information regarding your physical Ship To: address at the time your order is placed. RealTrafficSigns.com will not ship orders to a P.O. Box address. Most stock items will ship within 2 business days. Check packages for any signs of damage before signing off with the delivery service. Any obvious freight damage must be noted by the driver on the carrier’s receipt upon reception of goods before signing. Please contact RealTrafficSigns.com. Returns Policy
All items purchased from the “SALE” section are sold AS IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To return undamaged items please follow these steps:
1. Contact RealTrafficSigns.com within 5 business days to receive a Return Item Number (RIN).
2. Repack items securely for shipment back. All signs must be returned with original slip paper between each face of the signs.
3. The address for returns is:

4. Write the Return Item Number next to the shipping label.
- Signs must be returned unscratched, dent free, unused, etc.
- The Return Item Number will expire 15 days after issuance.
- Items returned without the RIN will be rejected at the receiving dock.
- There is a 15% restocking fee for return items.
- The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
- Credits will be issued after the items have been received, the quantity verified and the material has been inspected for damage.
Customers may be asked to take digital pictures and email them to RealTrafficSigns.com.
Damaged Items Returns Policy
All items purchased from the “SALE” section are sold AS IS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

- ALL items must be inspected for visible damage before signing for the reception of products. If items are visibly damaged, do not sign and notify the delivery person immediately. Before signing, have the delivery person make a detailed explanation of the damages.
- The Return Item Numbers will expire 15 days after issuance.
- Depending on the situation, the customer may be responsible for all shipping costs on returns. If RealTrafficSigns.com is paying for shipping, we will instruct you on the best way to return the items.
- Items returned without the RIN will be rejected at the receiving dock.
